At Homeflair, we believe a home deserves art with a human story behind it.
Every artwork we create is hand-embroidered by skilled artisans using traditional Indian needlework techniques that have been passed down through generations. No machines. No shortcuts. Just thousands of carefully placed stitches that transform thread into timeless wall art.
Today, we proudly work alongside 340+ artisan families across 12 embroidery craft clusters in India, helping preserve heritage while creating meaningful livelihoods.
Our Story
A Journey That Started With One Conversation
While admiring their incredible craftsmanship, one concern kept coming up in every conversation.
Many master artisans were earning less each year as machine-made products flooded the market. Pieces that took weeks to complete were often valued no differently than factory-made alternatives.
Instead of simply documenting the problem, Meera decided to create a different path.
She partnered with a small group of artisans from a modest two-room workshop in Lucknow and launched Homeflair with just twelve handcrafted pieces—priced to reflect the true time, patience, and artistry behind every stitch.
What began as a small initiative has grown into a nationwide network of artisans, yet our philosophy remains exactly the same:

Slow is Beautiful
Beautiful embroidery cannot be rushed.
Depending on its size and complexity, a single artwork may take anywhere from 30 to 90 hours to complete.
We believe the time invested is what makes every piece truly special.
